From Slack (cdte-dsd-cal channel) October 28th, 2024 by Takahiro Minami I uploaded ver0 response matrixes in my google drive. The energy range is from 3 keV to 30 keV with 0.1 keV bin width (271 bin) These matrixes include interaction of CdTe-DSDs using Geant-4 simulation and spectral performance from experimental data. The trigger threshold effect is not included. (future update) , so the effective energy region of the current version is over ~ 10 keV. The file name means Resp_3keVto30keV_(CdTe No.)_(region number)_(event type).rmf (CdTe No.) : CdTe1~4 (region number): reg0 (60 um pitch) reg1 (80 um pitch) reg2 100 um pittch (event type): 1 hit (interaction pos. = strip ) 2 hit (interaction pos. = gap ) mix: merging 1hit response matrix and 2 hit response matrix with nhit event ratio for each incident energy (if 1 hit is 60 % in 14 keV event, and 2hit is 40%, mix = 0.6*(1 hit rmf) + 0.4*(2hit rmf)) I will update them if needed, please use latest version.
